International Shipping

Please ask me for a quote for your location if your country is not already listed first or the order will be cancelled as shipping costs differ from place to place. Quickest most resonable courier is used.

SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA IS the premium service priority international- times are dependant on location and weather etc fully trackable service! These are the quickest most reliable service. From 3 days to 10 days,if you would like a cheaper longer option please message me and I will of course obtain the cheapest I can for you!

Australia postage is 5 to 10 day service fully tracked.

Custom Orders

Please message me if you like a pattern or would like something similar or even something new!

I will work closely with you to create that something special and unique from design concept and every different stage after!

Brief overview of Custom orders.

1.Choose item (you tell me what kind of box you want and what for and I will send you pictures of the boxes or candles etc. for you to choose from)

2.Colour and design concept.
3.First initial laydown of design and colour(your wish meets my imagination)

4.Design changes colour changes etc.
5.All paint and design is done - final pictures and approval from customer
6. The item is completely sealed and finished! YAY!

Shipping with in the UK

Shipping with in the UK is by 48hr courier and fully trackable

I like one of your designs but it is the wrong colour can you change it?

All my items in my shop are completely finished and sealed, so no but YES I can do the same design on another box in your requested colour! Yippee!!!! (exceptions do apply to some items)

Are your products safe for children?

YES YES YES......all my products from beginning to end are non toxic, so if you or the child do decide to do something like kiss it or lick it no harm will come to them!!! (all my products comply with British Standard Safety) Perfectly safe!!!!

Can I reserve an item in your shop.?

Yes I offer 1 week of free reservation. I will then email you to check if you still require the reservation. If you don't then the reservation will be cancelled.
If reservation is needed for a longer period of time I will need a deposit, this is done through you purchasing a private lisintg,at a rate of £10 per week.(maximum reservation is 6 weeks with a deposit each week so max is £60 total (refundable if cancelled minus fees) No automatic payment method I check with you via email before end of each week and if you still require the reservation you purchase a private listing for each week.-All deposits are taken off the price of the item!! (if you require a longer payment plan please message me and we can come up with a monthly plan!)

Do you do trade ins??? UK ONLY

Yes if you have an old jewellery box (or something else?). you can send me it to be redecorated or it can be used as a discount on the purchase of a new one. Please just message me to discuss!!!!!!!!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are wrapped so they have the maximum amount of protection for transport(bubble wrap etc) boxes are presented with a ribbon bow and tag. No receipts are ever put in with any of the deliveries.

Packaging

All items are packaged for maximum protection for transport. I recycle all my packaging therefore I do not use my own branded boxes but I re-use old boxes along with other packaging. So I'm doing another wee bit for the planet!!!

General shipping questions?

As previously stated I do not charge extra or add extra payment to shipping costs. Delivery costs are straight from the courier as I do not add extra charges,I recycle and reuse all forms of packaging to keep the shipping costs down for customers.(costs a lot to use branded packaging)

All the packaging used is recycled as this fits in with my ethos of re using/restoring, repurposing and especially bubble wrap and plastics. I would ask that you also try to recycle as much of the packaging as possible to continue the repurposing ethos!

Antiques & Vintage items information

All my antiques and vintage items are restored/repaired as necessary to make them useable/functional again whilst maintaining and keeping the items character!! Items are then decorated to give them a new life!

Jewellery information

I have 2 sections one is handmade abstract fashion pendants which are hand painted and then glass or resin is used to seal them. The second section is semi precious stone/agate pendants set in sterling silver. All products used are non toxic and lead and nickel free.
